Hey Guys, Today Club Penguin released the new newspaper issue #248. Well when I was flicking through the pages, I saw something very interesting and also quite a bit confusing! Look:
Maybe its something to do with the new stamp things that Billybob posted, Or maybe its a new party. It could be a water party or a summer party. I said that because of the surfer!
